Daylight time begins April 6 in Mexico

In case you're wondering, Guanajuato will go on Daylight time on April 6 at 2am, giving Mexico one month less of "summer time." The shift is less popular in Mexico, especially in Mexico City, than it is in the US so this is the present compromise.
